I started at 217 on 28th december i am currently 180... so id say perfectly doable!! Just keep in mind you will feel happier and that is so much more important than the scale

I lost 15 lbs in my first 30days so dont be worried there is usually alot of water at the beggining! Dont panic if the rest doesnt come off as fast though! 1300 is probably reasonable! I dont know other stats so cant say too much but 1200 is the lower limit foe women so do t worry about that number :)

There is a reason it is default 1500... that is because it is the "healthy limit" dont starve yourself. It may take 3/4 months but youll be better in the long run :) and less likely to gain it back

I have to eat breakfast or i tend to faint... so unless you are noticing a lack of energy or dizziness etc. due to this then don't eat breakfast if you dont want it :)

Anyone feel free to add me too!

I'm near Coventry in the UK :) feel free to add! But @CollieFit is very right! please lose the weight sensibly at 1-2lbs a week and it is more likely to: 1. Keep motivation and actually reach your goal! 2. It be more enjoyable :) 3. You are more likely to keep the weight off! Good luck!

this has made my morning better!

Feel free to add me! I have lost 26lbs since Christmas and have 30 to go! :)
-
no just no... just do it naturally and wait for results! I know it takes patience but your body will thank you in the end
-
Trust me being tall is not a help.... I am 5'10" and i have to eat a lot less than I am used to get results :/ and it was alot longer before anyone noticed which was a little soul destroying.

I used low fat cream cheese and didn't add a sweetner but put rosemary in instead. So it was basically Eggs and Cream cheese I personally wouldn't say it tasted eggy :) very light and fluffy

this is nice to hear that what people say actually works! but trying to convince people that this is true when they are eating 1200 and losing weight (even if it is slowly) that they can lose more by eating more is difficult!

I'd say a balance of B and C. Obviously try to make healthy choices but if one evening you want something that you know isn't healthy go for it and maybe have a smaller portion? or share the food with the person you are going with? If it is a lifestyle change then some days are going to be indulgent and other are going to…

Just to clarify what everyone else has said: No No and No Maybe another No

I have given up so many times... I feel loosing motivation is a key! I lost someone in my family and feel that weight was a key issue in this, and this is the motivation I needed! I have lost 26lb in 2 months! The commitment I have to continue after a bad day and the accountability I feel now is so different to the…

It helps me by having ally meals prepared at home. So i usually get fast food or unhealthy food when i am in a rush but knowing i have a box (homemade) that i can pop in the microwave on a day when i have no time helps soooo much :)
-
Please add me :) i run and gym and have approximately reached the halfway stage

As long as you are consistent it will be fine, you are lightest in the morning and if you wear the same clothes you will be fine!

Im getting to the half way point and could do with some friends on here to keep my motivation going! And i think i am funny at least...

Hi im 24 and had 55lbs to loose but am now have 31lbs to go, feel free to add me :)
-
Maybe relook at your calorie goal? If you are set at 2lbs a week maybe reduce to 1.5? This may make you loose the weight sligtly slower but at least you will be happier :)
-
I think as your sister is very health conscious, she is probably thinkig about the amount of caffeine! This shouldnt affect your weight loss bit once you have sorted one issue (weight loss) maybe look at trying to cut caffeine for better nutrition and body health?but im not here to tell you how healthy you are :) if you…

Im with the others 1-0.5 lb depending on how you feel
-
Water weight! Not fat! :) the longer you keep at it the better the results will be. Try to find a weight trending app so it gets rid of fluctuations. Also keep an eye on your sodium intake. Keep going!

Cico and i can eat what i like! I even managed tp get takeout and stay within my calories losing 2lbs a week
-
Put your numbers into mfp and it will tell you, theb excerise means you can eat back about half your calories. You should also be eating 1200 as a minimum or unless you have amazing will power you will be hungry and end up eating more in the log run

Just don't do it!
