Healthy or Impossible?

I use to weight about 213 pounds a month ago I'm 5"10 and now I weight 203pounds. My goal is to weight 175 or lower by September. Is that Heathy and can that be accomplished ? I dont want to look really skinny, i want my body to get a muscle tone I hit the gym 5 time a week, 2 time for cardio and 3 for weights. I'm doing weights because I heard it boost your metabolism.

That seems like a reasonable rate of loss. Just remember, weight loss is not a linear process and the closer you get to goal, the slower it goes.0

I started at 217 on 28th december i am currently 180... so id say perfectly doable!! Just keep in mind you will feel happier and that is so much more important than the scale0
