I lost 45 pounds just by changing my eating and working out more. Its a complete lifestyle change not a diet or that's how I see it. I'd say lower the calorie input and try to exercise for a the least a minimal of 30 minutes a day every day.

I would just make sure that your getting enough calories and that its good calories. It seems like you might have a fast metabolism too, my dad is the same way, very small and can't put weight on. He drinks Boost or Ensure for additional calories. Good luck.

I've already lost 45lbs and I'm currently at 147lbs, Id like to lose about 20 more. I feel like I've just been in the 140's for awhile now, ready to lose these last few pounds.

I used to drink about 8+ cups of water daily, but when I ended up in the hospital a few months ago and they did a blood panel, my sodium was low, that's what was causing most of my problems amongst other nutrients being low. Thank you for replying back and for the advice. That's what I did today 30 mins on the treadmill (cardio challenge). I also found the hill program on the treadmill works great too, especially on days when I don't lift weights.

I do intervals, jump off every 10 mins to do push ups, mountain climbers, planks then get back on. I also dance on mine (sounds ridiculous) but it works and do side shuffles. Also the hill program.Makes it less boring. Hope this helps.

You look amazing! Your about my height In 5'2 and I'm trying to get to a good goal weight for my height which is hard for a smaller frame, not sure what that would be. I've lost 45 pounds so far. Good luck with everything.

The same thing happened to me, after I lost 40 pounds, I stopped losing weight and was staying at at a certain number. My nutritionist said I wasn't eating enough calories and/or variety of food.
