New here, starting again, did it once, need to lose this weight

Lost 45lbs, need to get motivated to lose about 20 ? more, not even sure what my weight should be (5'2). Hope to lose it by May, for vacation this Summer. Its hard to keep motivated, did it before, so why is it harder now? Tips , anyone with same goals?

    I find the older we get the harder it is and the more we have to work. Remember it's 80 nutrition and 10% fitness. Start by looking at you nutrition and the next rule is 3 thirty minute work outs are to maintain so shoot for 5 or 6 to loose and even better if you can hit an hour each time. With large muscle groups invalved . Hope that helps

    Thank you for replying back and for the advice. That's what I did today 30 mins on the treadmill (cardio challenge). I also found the hill program on the treadmill works great too, especially on days when I don't lift weights.
