  • Hello, I am n Oklahoma as well. Create yourself a specific goal with a deadline. Lose 5lbs by Jan 30 for example, specify how you will do it, 30 min treadmill 5 times per week, and monitor it. I keep a journal. #Protectthefuture #Livetoday
