One thing is for sure, adjusting your eating and exercise is necessary to keep making improvement. When the scale stops moving, its time for a change. I dropped my calories a couple of 100 and switched long, slow paced cardio for short HIT. Back on track! The body adapts, keep taking it out of the comfort zone! Follow me…

Hi, I have used Fitness Pal for a while but never checked out the boards. I had a successful 2015 and looking to get cut in 2016. I am an ex-football player at 280lbs, but I am down from 315. Time to finish, I need the energy to keep up with my four kids :)
