One thing is for sure, adjusting your eating and exercise is necessary to keep making improvement. When the scale stops moving, its time for a change. I dropped my calories a couple of 100 and switched long, slow paced cardio for short HIT. Back on track! The body adapts, keep taking it out of the comfort zone!
