You are looking fabulous! Keep up the great work. :) Huge difference in 5 weeks! I try to not let weight determine my health. Pictures and measuring seem to help keep me in line.

Congrats! That's serious dedication and it's inspiring. :)
-
That's a lot in 10 weeks! Hopefully under your new program you don't burn out quickly and can keep trucking along. :) Good luck!

I'm noticing that each day it's getting a little easier to get out of bed and get my day started. Almost a month in and 7lbs down. Can't complain. :)

My weight today is a mystery as I was running late and didn't have the 2 minutes this morning to weigh myself! I look forward to continuing in October to see where we all stand. @jtkatch enjoy your trip!

Congrats!! It's so nice to have your significant other on board with you as well. That extra support and fun competitiveness can make weight loss so much easier!

Good morning all! :) Let's kick some but today! 9/28 - 263.4

Have been vegan for four years (coming up in about a week!) Sugar is my biggest downfall! Trying to slowly cut it out as it's a lot harder to give up than meat was hahahaha!

9/27 - 262.2 9/28 - 263 Looking to keep steady at 263 or lose a little more by Friday. My official weigh-in is Saturday but I always set up little goals for certain days and the end of the month. :) Keeps me motivated!
-
Good luck!! Hope there is good news from that!
-
@jtkatch maybe it's muscle gain?
-
Sorry - busy weekend didn't have time to post! 9/23 - 262.2 9/24 - 262.8 9/25 - 262.2 9/26 - 264.4 (didn't eat very well yesterday and my stomach is making it a good reminder why I stopped eating the way I did! Now I know to not make that mistake again!!) Goal is to see 263 on the scale by Friday, I can do this!

That's no good! If it comes down to it, reach out to other alteration places and see if they can get it done for you sooner. If they can tell the person that has your dress that you have found someone else who can get your dress done now and you'll be coming to pick up your dress. If you already paid for the alteration…

I was trying dresses on last night for a cocktail event I was invited to for Friday evening. I felt uncomfortable in most but I didn't let it get me down and I reminded myself that two weeks ago this dress wouldn't have fit at all. Great way to stay positive! Just think in a few weeks those dresses will be too big!

Good job! Slow and steady wins the race and you're right on track. :) Keep it up!!

Yay more whovians!! <3 <3 Feel free to add me :)

9/22 - 262.2 - gained but not surprised, easily worked off! I'm curious how you change it as well... doing research! @michael_jordan7 - when you go to community and then My Discussions there was a little gear that popped up for me that let me make an edit to a post; however, it had an hour window. Not sure if you can still…

Sorry for the delay! Real life kept me form officially jumping into this party. :) 9/17 - 263 9/18 - 263 9/19 - 263 9/20 - 263 9/21 - 261 (finally broke my mini plateau! Expecting a gain tomorrow as that was a lot to drop suddenly.)

Truly inspirational!!

These are great and inspirational!! :) Can't wait until I'm a couple months in and can share some before and during!
-
My next weigh-in is on Saturday but I wanted to join in on this after that. :) Hope this is going to go on for a while I loved reading your comments and seeing how well everyone is doing!

When I felt like a whale in a blue dress as my sister's wedding while her other bridesmaids looked like princesses. I felt horrible about myself for about two weeks and quickly came back to MFP. (:

Enjoy your coffee! Log it like anything else and move on with your day. :) If you believed everything you read then you wouldn't eat because everything, according to "research" gives you cancer.
-
You look amazing!! Cheers!
-
I loved this post!! I have to know when you hit 1,000 steps and you have to post a picture of you doing a Rocky victory at the end!! <3

Inspirational! Fantastic job :)

Inches are much better! If you're regularly lifting/exercising you're turning that fat into lean muscle which will show as a gain. I'd also recommend just taking a picture of yourself, at least, once a month. You'd be amazed with how much you really change! That's what helps me stay motivated. :)

Fantastic weight loss! As everyone else has stated do some weight lifting :) Doesn't have to be super heavy but it will help tone you up and since you're young it you'll be able to tighten up that skin as well. Keep up and don't be discouraged!!

"If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up." - Unknown I don't know who actually gave this quote but I saw this on a motivational picture and it's stuck with me all this time!

I wish there was a like but for this!! Fantastic job!!
