    Just really committed to working out and eating better this week after a pretty good hiatus. I am really feeling good about the downward trend and hope it continues.

    Sepr 7: 134.2 (glad it went down!)

    Sept 10: 135 ( HOW?? I didn't eat 3500 cal EXTRA yesterday!!....must be water??) ugggg it's hard to stay motivated!

    Sept 11: 132.2 (lmaof! Definitely water ! )
    Sept 12: 133.0 (hmmmmm)
    Sept 13: 133.2 ( bad bad day yesterday! Scale not so bad though but MUsT get back on track today!!)

    Happy the scale went down but still not where it was before . Will continue my journey of trying to stay consistent and recognize my difficult moment and try and resolve them to further my weight loss and reach my goal.

    Today is the last day of our September weight loss posting and I would like to thank everyone who has provided me with insight , encouragement and motivation. MFP is truly a family of wonderful people with no judgement or ridicule but pure support and morivarion.

    We do not look at colour, race or religion here and look how wonderfully we all get along! Love it ;)

    Keep doing what you are doing bc if you are in MFP you are striving for a healthy way of living and YOU count!

    Would love to continue this posting challenge into October but I will be in China for 2 weeks (a bit hard to count and weigh stuff there) but I will stick to portion control and veggies!!!

    Good luck everyone in their journey. For I hope we all meet up in another challenge soon.

    My weight today is a mystery as I was running late and didn't have the 2 minutes this morning to weigh myself!

    I look forward to continuing in October to see where we all stand. :smiley:
