9/22 - 262.2 - gained but not surprised, easily worked off!
I'm curious how you change it as well... doing research!
@michael_jordan7 - when you go to community and then My Discussions there was a little gear that popped up for me that let me make an edit to a post; however, it had an hour window. Not sure if you can still edit it that way or not but if you can't... you can just keep going on this thread and ignore the title or make a new one.1 -

hmm...seems a bit lower than I would have thought..... don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth or anything but don' t want to be disappointed tomorrow.... which I may be any way as tonight is 'date night' with my hubs and I didn't get as much exercise before work as I should have. Not to mention Friday night we have concert tickets so that is two date nights in a row... really nervous.....1 -

Don't let stress over food ruin your time with your husband. Either plan your day so that you have plenty of calories left for the evening or just know that you will have a little work to do next week, but enjoy the time you spend with your hubby. That is my plan for the next two days with my wife, I am not even taking my scales with me on our trip!0 -

I knew it would be up but seriously????? I was even good with my food on date night.. piece of fish salad and asparagus. 3 cocktails that were not normal.... bleah, I know it's water, but I just got away from that number. So of course I overslept today and didn't even work out before work.... Well I have all weekend to sweat my butt off.....0 -
@frankiesgirl21 It will be okay, I bet it will be off by Monday if you eat well and get in your workouts this weekend.
As for me I am out of town with my wife for our Anniversary, so no weight for me today.
Anyone ever eaten at Genghis Grill? I love that place, dinner there last night, but I did all cabbage, no rice or noodles so hopefully not too bad, although I have no doubt it was LOADED with sodium!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Not sure I want to see the scales tomorrow morning, I really enjoyed myself for my anniversary celebration, including something call a "Chunky Elvis" milkshake (don't ask), right now my job is to down as much water as possible the next couple of days to get the sodium out of my system from the past couple of days.

I think the best description of how I felt when I saw the number was "confusion" I k ow weight loss is not linear and many variables play a roll in actually losing Fat, I guess I have to go with the flow and just keep tweeking, refining and being consistent.

I think the being consistent part is the big key, and that is the part I am struggling with most myself, I'll do great for 5 days in a row, but then if I blow it on the 6th I undo all my work. I have made peace with the fact that this will be a lifetime struggle for me and it is just part of my life - unless I want to regain the 115 lbs. I have lost (and I don't)0 -

You have a great outlook. Yes being consistent is the hardest. Try making it to day 7.....maybe you will not want to cheat given weigh in is right upon you.
I challenge you to be consistent !! Text me when you feel like "blowing it" I will convince you to stay on track!! Lol

Okay! I am not freaking out....yet....I figured it would be up from my difficult night 2 nights ago! I also worked out with weights (albeit I am not sore) yesterday. I did however eat REALLY well and had my 8-10 cups of water yesterday. So I am not terribly surprised at the increase but nonetheless still not happy. Plus I know it didn't eat over 3500+ calories to make me gain over a pound over night!!
Today's goal is just like yesterday's! Stay on track! Don't divert! Log it all! Drink plenty of water and I am hoping the number will go back down.

I'm only down by about a pound in a month, but at least the line lets me know that I am losing. I know it's slow at this point, and that's okay.1
