    12/9 - 172.4lbs
    13/9 - 172 lbs (yay)
    14/9 - 171.2 lbs (yay!)
    15/9 - 171.8 lbs (doh!!)
    16/9 - 171.6 lbs (yay)
    17/9 - 173.6 lbs (I ate a load of Chinese food last night....gutted)
    18/9 - didn't weigh
    19/9 - didn't weigh
    20/9 - 171.6 (considering I haven't been eating good the last few days, I'm surprised that didn't say 178!!!)
    21/9 - 170.4 (woohoo) walking to work is really paying off :smiley:
    22/9 - 170.0 (yay!)
    23/9 - 170.8 (no idea why that's gone up)
    24/9 - didn't weigh
    25/9 - didn't weigh
    26/9 - 171.6 (ate loads of unhealthy foods over the last 2 days so that increase was expected)
    27/9 - 171.4 (I expected to lose more)

    Sept 6: 135 (+1.4) holy moly
    Sepr 7: 134.2 (glad it went down!)
    Sept 8: 134.2 (no change)hmmmmmn
    Sept 9: 134.0 (a fart) LOL
    Sept 10: 135 ( HOW?? I didn't eat 3500 cal EXTRA yesterday!!....must be water??) ugggg it's hard to stay motivated!

    Sept 11: 132.2 (lmaof! Definitely water ! )
    Sept 12: 133.0 (hmmmmm)
    Sept 13: 133.2 ( bad bad day yesterday! Scale not so bad though but MUsT get back on track today!!)

    Sept 14; 133.8 (side effect from the 12th? PMS?)
    Sept 15: 132.8 (yay)

    I think the best description of how I felt when I saw the number was "confusion" I k ow weight loss is not linear and many variables play a roll in actually losing Fat, I guess I have to go with the flow and just keep tweeking, refining and being consistent.

    I think the being consistent part is the big key, and that is the part I am struggling with most myself, I'll do great for 5 days in a row, but then if I blow it on the 6th I undo all my work. I have made peace with the fact that this will be a lifetime struggle for me and it is just part of my life - unless I want to regain the 115 lbs. I have lost (and I don't)

    You have a great outlook. Yes being consistent is the hardest. Try making it to day 7.....maybe you will not want to cheat given weigh in is right upon you.

    I challenge you to be consistent !! Text me when you feel like "blowing it" I will convince you to stay on track!! Lol

    Looking to keep steady at 263 or lose a little more by Friday. My official weigh-in is Saturday but I always set up little goals for certain days and the end of the month. :) Keeps me motivated!

    Okay! I am not freaking out....yet....I figured it would be up from my difficult night 2 nights ago! I also worked out with weights (albeit I am not sore) yesterday. I did however eat REALLY well and had my 8-10 cups of water yesterday. So I am not terribly surprised at the increase but nonetheless still not happy. Plus I know it didn't eat over 3500+ calories to make me gain over a pound over night!!

    Today's goal is just like yesterday's! Stay on track! Don't divert! Log it all! Drink plenty of water and I am hoping the number will go back down.

    I'm only down by about a pound in a month, but at least the line lets me know that I am losing. I know it's slow at this point, and that's okay.

    Just really committed to working out and eating better this week after a pretty good hiatus. I am really feeling good about the downward trend and hope it continues.

    Happy the scale went down but still not where it was before . Will continue my journey of trying to stay consistent and recognize my difficult moment and try and resolve them to further my weight loss and reach my goal.

    Today is the last day of our September weight loss posting and I would like to thank everyone who has provided me with insight , encouragement and motivation. MFP is truly a family of wonderful people with no judgement or ridicule but pure support and morivarion.

    We do not look at colour, race or religion here and look how wonderfully we all get along! Love it ;)

    Keep doing what you are doing bc if you are in MFP you are striving for a healthy way of living and YOU count!

    Would love to continue this posting challenge into October but I will be in China for 2 weeks (a bit hard to count and weigh stuff there) but I will stick to portion control and veggies!!!

    Good luck everyone in their journey. For I hope we all meet up in another challenge soon.

    My weight today is a mystery as I was running late and didn't have the 2 minutes this morning to weigh myself!

    I look forward to continuing in October to see where we all stand. :smiley:
