Feel free to add me. I've lost 15 lbs. Weigh 149 and am 5'2 and aiming for half pound a week which is doable. I don't weigh in often. Looking to loose 5 more pounds. I'm super active, workout with weights and some cardio and stay at 1600 calories a day. Slow and steady for sure but have plateau and it's kinda frustrating.

Figure out what your calorie requirement is for you and honestly track your food. I started at 164 the end of october and I'm down 15 lbs!!. It's about a pound a week. Which is slow,…

I was overwhelmed and I consider myself to be really healthy.. so take it slow and just start educating yourself. Little changes will start to add up to be BIG changes If you can find /afford a nutritionist to help you determine what your calorie intake should be each day, it will make your food choices, meal planning and…

I just made these from Skinnytaste. I thought they were good but tasted more cake like then brownie like. Very chocolate heavy. 144 calories for 1 square (16 servings from a 9x9 pan)

You are right.. I bet all the MFP veterans know this. I'll post in the getting started forum. Half the battle is finding low calorie, good food to eat.
