I workout in the evenings, it keeps me busy so I don't eat!

I tried a couple of fads years before I found MFP. None of them ever worked. I don't believe in them, maybe some of them work but I think most of them are a waste of time tbh.

I take dinner leftovers or make a chicken/turkey wrap with veggies if there are no leftovers. Making a little extra dinner seems to have been the easiest for me. I also make yogurt parfaits to take for my afternoon snack as it keeps me full until dinner.

I haven't been on this thread in forever... but I'm down to 140 lbs and never going back to 175!! 10 more lbs left :) Life got in the way for awhile but I will hit goal before summer this year.

Hello! I am 5'3 and 23 years old. I started at 175 lbs and am currently at 140 lbs. I am trying to get down to 130 and possibly 125.. I'll decide once I get there. I want to be toned and fit, so I'm not sure the number on the scale will matter much once I'm around 130 lbs :)

I don't know if you have these where you live but most supermarkets here sell whole, hot cooked chickens. They're usually $8/$9. You can pull the meat off of it and throw it in a wrap with veggies/cheese/some kind of dressing if you want. Or you can add it to bag salads, or make a meal out of it.

If I'm craving something during my period I will eat it and work it into my calories for the day. Or sometimes I feel like I am starving and can't eat enough so I will eat until I am full. If it makes you feel any better I've gained 1lb lol. I started and hurt my back and had to stop working out for 2.5 weeks while I healed and just started back up on Monday. I know it's just because my body isn't used to working out this hard and it will come off but it doesn't make me feel any better lol.

I pre make muffin tin omelettes. I started MFP in January 2016 at 175lbs. I ate 1200 calories and started out on the treadmill then to Body Pump and then Insanity. By June I got down to 148.2lbs. I got off track over the summer and am back up to 150lbs but I am back on track and hoping to get down to 130lbs. I also worked out 3-6x a week.

I felt the same as you! lol My calves hurt so much when I started and I couldn't keep up with the workouts but it does get better! I notice my legs aren't as sore and I can almost keep up with them. I'm on week 2. I also feel like my fat is flying around all the time especially on my legs when im jumping around hahaha
