  • Overall exercise puts me in a better mood but from the time I finish my workout and drive home from the gym, I'm a total witch. I don't know why!!!!! My daughter and husband are usually with me and they know not to talk to me until we get home. After those 20 minutes I'm in a great mood!!! WEIRDEST THING EVER

  • I know exactly how you feel!! I lost all the baby weight quickly then gained it back. It's taken me several years to get it off and I'm still struggling with 10-15 lbs. These last 10-15 have been the hardest to lose. You can do this!!! You did it before and you can do it again !!
