HI there! My name is stephanie.Ive been struggling with weight loss since I had my son almis the 7 years ago.I got so big and depresses after I had him.I couldnt deal with it anymore.I decided to do something about it.I got a.gym.membership and killed it everyday at the gym.I lost over 80lbs.I've never been that small in my life.it was.an amazing feeling.I maintained it for years and recently gained it all back after having my secons child.I've been struggling big time to lose it this time.I want to be a good role model for my children while promoting a healthy lifestyle for them.I don't have many friends and it's hard to make any when I'm a stay at home mom.looking for friends.for support and motivation.Let's help each other become a better person!

    Take your time. You are trying to build new habits that will last a lifetime. When you try to lose too quickly you use methods you can't maintain. Also as we get older it takes a little more time and effort. Don't worry, you already showed yourself you can do it. I've lost 75 pounds but it took me a year and I'm 60 years old. If depression is an issue again this time don't discount getting some medical help. Lots of people deal with postpartum depression.

    I know exactly how you feel!! I lost all the baby weight quickly then gained it back. It's taken me several years to get it off and I'm still struggling with 10-15 lbs. These last 10-15 have been the hardest to lose. You can do this!!! You did it before and you can do it again !!
