  • Thank you so much for these replies guys. I'm now sort of convinced to go ahead & gain first. I think the best thing to do next is too make sure what my fat % is. If by chance it's above 15% I'll need to get it down first. Thanks again for all the advise.
  • I guess I could do it in parts. Lose 3 kg first & then gain 5kg. Then again start cutting & lose 3 kg & finally gain whatever is remaining.
  • Not really. My main concern is having too much fat to cut down in the end. Gaining weight has never been difficult for me but I'm struggling with losing some. The only reason I'm so confused is because whenever I ask my trainer if I should cut first he advises me to keep the diet going & keep gaining
  • I did it on the scale which is hooked to the computer at the gym. Looking at the picture you sent, I can say that my body right now resembles the 15% pic except for the abs part which is more like the 20% pic. So even if the machine at my gym is a little bit inaccurate it shouldn't be too far from 15%. Thanks for the help.…
  • I'm pretty sure I'm 15%. It's mentioned in my assessment report. I guess my muscle definition is not as good as it should be. Because I used to be really skinny & even then it was hard to see my abs
  • Got it. Thank you so much guys ;)
  • Thanks for the reply :) The app suggests I need to eat around 3300 calories per day. I'm a quite active person & I go to the gym 4 times a week. Should I eat more than this?
