I'm sorry this is happening but it cracked me up you have to add steps to your yoga workout. LOL I don't want to walk from the bedroom to the kitchen without it tracking. That would drive me INSANE. :)

I've binged. I think this program helps me and I got a fitbit. I'm always tracking everything and I think seeing it on paper helps me control it. Try recording EVERYTHING you eat for a few days. It may help.

The times I've been on WW and told people they would ask me how much I lost after EVERY meeting. It really can be discouraging when you don't lose.
