Being positive really helps you stick with it. 9/10ths of this is mental. Surround yourself with positive encouragement and it will see you through those "not so positive" days. :)

I have used the FitBit Aria since December 2015 and it has worked flawlessly. Now that I have said that, it will malfunction tomorrow. :D

Best of luck in getting free from smoking. I broke free from the slavery of cigarettes 17 years ago. It was the very best thing I did for myself. I lost. 84 lbs that year and completed my first triathlon. You can do this one day at a time.

Same story. Did hit lifetime 3xs then WW left me with their latest program. Now doing Fitbit and MFP. On my second week and loving it. I miss the old weekly WW meetings and the weekly weigh-in for accountability. No reason we can do that here.
