If you can cut alcohol completely even for one month I think you will find you will be much better in the long run.. If you cannot give up alcohol for such a short amount of time even knowing the huge benefits then you may want to consider if you have a problem ..

I do! I almost never notice plus or minus 10 lbs on me but I notice when I get bigger or smaller which almost never coincides with my weight. I measure my waist, hips, thighs, bust, neck and wrist once a month

I lose the instant I start my period. I tend to weigh more the week before my period by as much as 5-7lbs and then when my period hits I am back to my Normal weight.. However I don't see any drops beyond that until the bleeding has stopped. I'm on mine now and I'm actually up for once despite only eating maintenance…

thanks everyone ! I'm looking at the menu and I decided I'm going to keep eating the way I have been even if I'm out. As for the fruit it's not really 50% that's an exaggeration. I'm mostly eating berries which are very low in sugar.. And only 300 calories a day max in fruit . It just feels like a lot since I'm not eating…

People here shouldn't be shaming you.. It doesn't help the problem. What did you eat the night before ? Did you go to bed very very hungry? I have had similar things happen to me in the past if say I ran 10 miles and then went to bed with no food.. Maybe look into eating something filling before sleep and make sure you do…

And by make me feel bad I don't mean guilt.. I mean I get physically sick now when I eat carbs. The two times I had bread this week gave me violent stomach cramps and a bad headache

Thank you everyone. I guess I should've added is it less noticeable If you are taller? I am somewhere between 1.75m and 1.77m tall. I am Not sure of my exact height but I think on taller people the weight is less noticeable maybe ? I forgot about that. Even still I think the 20 should be very noticeable

Well I don't know about these other people but as a long distance runner it has helped me. Food is more important than exercise but in my case exercise gives me a boost since I burn 600-1500 calories in exercise alone.. I know I'm not the norm

Also it helps a lot to try to increase the number of your meals you eat with other people. It kills the loneliness and it makes you more self aware of what you're eating if people are watching.

I had a similar problem and it is still something I struggle with every week or sometimes everyday. What is working so far for me is to try to find ways to keep myself busy so that I do not have much time to sit around thinking those thoughts. Thanks so much everyone! I will check out the other forums and up my salt and magnesium levels . I am still sticking with it and I have noticed my weight isn't fluctuating as much as it used to when I primarily ate carbs and I'm losing much easier. Not to mention how I almost never feel hungry!
