  • I logged everything yesterday. Had all 4 grandchildren last night while my daughter played softball - twins that are 4 months old and a 2 and 5 year old. So, I wasn't able to post last night.
  • Down .2 this week - but I honestly didn't have my head in the game. Hopefully this week will bring more motivation!! After dealing with a medical issue - and then getting good news at the end of the week - that in itself should be all the motivation I need!!! And you all for support!
  • This is a good idea as I've done the exact same thing as Hoovhome. For the last 2 weeks, I have not really logged all of my food and looking for motivation to do so. So I think this is a good idea. I'll start today!!

  • Hi y'all - decided to start fresh today with husband going back to work tomorrow as the STRIKE is over after 7 long weeks. So hopefully this will help us both to get down and dirty in this losing together journey. At least I feel the mindset is there now!

  • I'm at that point too - I've done WW for so long and all of their different plans I want to try something different. I'm really leaning towards low carb now. Mirabelle - Is it really hard to get going on low carb?
  • For me - to be healthier, have more energy and just to feel better all around. I don't want to feel so sluggish anymore. When I weighed less I felt so much better and I was eating healthier and exericising on a consistent basis. I want to get back to that again! I need to get back to that MINDFRAME again.

  • I have done WW the PointPlus program and had so much success with it in the past but when they changed to SmartPoints - that went to He** in a handbasket so I decided to just count calories for a change on MFP. I had downloaded UVFP app on my phone to do the WW PP program but it has actually been easier counting calories…
