Are you excersizing so that you can eat back those calories?! I think that's what its really designed for. If youre still starving increase your calorie intake.

Thank you for this! I did drastically decrease my calories. I have no idea how many I was eating before, but it was a lot lol and a lot of junk. I decreased it to 1200 for two weeks, but now I'm at 1500 and not exercising as much due to an injurery now. I will just take a couple days and nurse all day. She is not ready for…

I'm kind of antisocial these days. When im invited out i make every excuse to stay home so i dont have to go.

Thank you! She is still nursing as much as she used too.. Well she seems to be trying more now that my milk has decreased. She literally nurses all night long and several times during the day.

I have also just upped my daily calorie goal 200 more calories because of this.

I hatttte you for this. Chinese food is my fav but it's banned until I knock my 10lbs off. I alwayyyys get either orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an eggroll. I lovedd the chowmein and sweet and sour when i lived on the west coast. East coast chinese kind of really sucks
