I've been looking into neolife. I have two friends using their products with great success, however they have a lot more weight to lose than I do. I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose so I'm wondering if theres anyone using it or have used it to help with a little bit of weightless.

Breast feeding moms! I need help!
I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. My daughter is almost 11 months old now.I have been dieting for about two weeks now and noticed my milk supply is severly decreasing. I plan to stop nursing in or around 2 months (if my daughter can tolerate milk by then) , but in the mean time what can I do to get my supply back up?!

Caramel coffee with milk or caramel latte? Difference?
What the heck is the difference between a dunkin donuts caramel coffee with skim milk and sugar And a caramel latte with skim milk?! Wouldn't a coffee with milk make it a latte? Their nutrition menu on their site sucks. So which would have less calories?

Breastfeeding mommas
I've read that breastfeeding uses about 500 calories per day. Are you taking that into consideration when you update your food diaries? Or is there a way to add that into calories burned? Are you eating back thos calories or what's the deal? For me breastfeeding makes me crave like I am pregnant all over again

What to use instead of quinoa?!
I'm makes stuffed portobello mushrooms for dinner with shallots, cauliflower, garlic, and red peppers and supposed to be quinoa. I just checked into how many calories and carbs quinoa had and its crazy. Over 600 calories in 1 cup and over 100g of carbs. What are some better low calorie lower carb options?!
