Does anyone have neo life reviews ? For ones who only need to lose a small amount

I've been looking into neolife. I have two friends using their products with great success, however they have a lot more weight to lose than I do. I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose so I'm wondering if theres anyone using it or have used it to help with a little bit of weightless.

Theres a shake replacement meal and vitamins and something that helps boost metabolism and give you more energy

What specific ingredient are they saying will boost your metabolism? And what will be giving you the energy?

These types of claims are really common for MLM products, but when you begin to probe into them, they often fall apart.

10-15#, I wouldn't bother w/ products...with that little to lose, it's going to come off slow no matter what your program.

I once took something to "boost my metabolism".
I eventually found myself pulling over while driving with my phone in my hand almost dialing 911.
If pills and supplements work, no one would be fat.
Have a glass of milk instead with a multivitamin.
