Getting real food into is a great start. Im pretty active right now. I cycle to the office everyday even right now in the winter. Trying to figure out my diet right now. We have some of the beachbody vids at home so i do that on weekends to try and keep it fresh and shoke thw body too.

My first time using the community support system. What is your plan to drop the lbs? Walking? Running? Eating Clean? Reducing / eliminating alchole? Im going to get more fit then I am now which should result in dropping some lbs.

Let do this. For me, dropping lbs is a result of gettig fit. Its about having fun when excercising and eating real food. Whats your plan? Walks? Running? Weights? Videos?

Awesome! I look at this as a life style because it never ends. Try and do little things and dont set yourself up for something thats too hard to obtain. Take the stairs, go for a 20min walk everyday. Have one spoonful of ice cream instead of a whole bowl. You can do it!
