Sometime I will use a food processor to make vegetable purees to add to sauces, soups, or baked goods. It is a great way to sneak spinach past a child as well. :)

I am not full keto, but I do try to keep my carbs to a minimum, usually under 75g a day some days more, but I have been having some decent sucess if you would like to add me.

I believe that eating style is called pescatarian, but beans and nuts are all full of the nutrients you are trying to add, if they aren't already a part of your diet. Good luck ☺

I get shin splints if I am heel striking during my stride, when I actively try to land on the center of my foot, walking or jogging, the shin splints are greatly reduced.
