I see how you all have listed all the dates of January in your original post and then are able to go back in to that original post to update your weight on each date. I don't know how to do that so I have to start a new post each time. (I am sort of technically inept...haha. I'm open to hints and how-to's if anyone caresβ¦

Good Morning and Happy 2022! My start date was Dec 30 and that weight was 220.1. All I did was "clean up" my night eating which enabled me to log in at the actual starting weight of: Jan 1 - 216.6. And we're off and running!!!!

I sweat a lot also. Wet hair, clothes, can't wear makeup and I always wear knee length skirts and short sleeve shirts. I have a coat but carry it more than wear it and carry and fan with me at all time. It's embarrassing too but I have always been like this. Thin or fat, in or out of shape. Ha ha! I can literally wring outβ¦
