    I see how you all have listed all the dates of January in your original post and then are able to go back in to that original post to update your weight on each date. I don't know how to do that so I have to start a new post each time. (I am sort of technically inept...haha. I'm open to hints and how-to's if anyone cares too... :) )
    Today's weight - Jan 2 = 219.8
    up 3.3 lbs just since yesterday. I could easily resist the potatoes at New Year lunch but the bread did me in. Anyway, I can feel it's water and just good old fashioned bloat. Nothing a good workout, tons of water, and back on the proverbial wagon can't handle.

    Hi @rubypallas
    We are copying and pasting the post in. I just go back and find my last post to copy into a new post, some keep it saved in a Word document, others use the quote feature and then take out the quote tag... that kind of thing. You can only edit an existing post for an hour so that's why it's necessary to do that.

    Hello Everyone from before and Newbies!
    I'm Mary 64, 5'4" from Pennsylvania. My goal is to get back down AGAIN to 122 lbs. Kept it off for about 5 years and then got lazy. My body just stores Carbs too easily. I work long hours and exercise on my 3 off days/week, making up for my 4 work days. I started this challenge in November and will continue through December and January. Great group of motivating members! Thank you Jill! My goal is 5 lbs for January. My other goal is 15 lbs for Nov, Dec and Jan. Welcome back everyone! JOIN US!

    Loss since 9/14/20-87 lbs of 132 lb goal to lose. :-)

    1/1/22-168 lbs-Went out to eat Tuesday 12/28 at Texas Roadhouse and gained. Assuming its still Sodium water weight taking it's good old time to come back off. :-( Did my Elliptical today, 240 minutes for 16.5 miles.
    1/2/22-168 lbs- I'm sure it's water weight from Pork & Sauerkraut. :-( Did my Elliptical today, 240 minutes for 16.55 miles.

    Goals:
    Exercise daily. Minimum of 5000 steps daily
    Diet: limit fast food once per week
    Water: limit one diet drink per day and increase water intake

    Hi, "Thank you" to whoever started this challenge and thread.
    I need to recover from this backslide drift I've been in over the past 10 weeks.

    Goals:
    To stop the backslide and reach my mini goal of 5lbs. less.
    #1: To break habit of cruising the kitchen and eating while standing up.
    #2: To break habit of mindlessly putting food in my mouth; think "Is it worthy? Is this wise?"\
    #3: To complete my personal " Think 33" challenge. Will doing this be beneficial or will it sabotage my progress.
    #4: Plan by having veggies prepped, healthy meals prepped.
    #5: Record everything eaten
    #6: Enter either calories or points
    #7: Aim for IMPROVEMENT, not Perfection: Graph daily total points to give a visual
    #8: End day with a Gratitude Journal; be kind to myself but don't allow indulgence. Re define "kind"

    Happy new year everyone! I’m Athena. I am loving these challenges, they are helping me stay motivated!

    My goal for this month is to start to focus on my physical activity, this is where I struggle the most. I plan to wake up and go to the gym on weekdays every morning for an hour and occasionally do classes in the afternoon. I’ll also continue to push to only eat out on weekends/on holidays. I am going to try to lose 4 pounds each month.
