Two cups of whole chocolate milk, two spoons p.b. a banana a spoon caramel syrup. Blend those, 5 min to easily chug and u got yourself an easy 800ish extra calories

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I will be editing my macros accordingly. But what do you think of the total calories im consuming? Is it a good amount? Oh also, is it true that i should ignore the first two week spike in weight gain as it is mostly water and glycogen?

Oh im sorry, i meant 30% of calories are from proteins. How would you incorporate cardio and balance rest? I just want to make sure that i stay healthy while bulking.

When i had binging problem i used to down thousands and thousands of calories in no time. The biggest binge that made me take it seriously and do all i could to recover was: Pizza (which initiated the binge) 5 slices A jar of p.b.with 4 bagels 4 packs of oreos 2 pints of ice cream I am not sure how i did that to myself or…
