I do, once a month for all my meat, poultry, almond milk and any canned or frozen things. Then every week I buy all my vegetables fresh from my local grocers. I don't drive, therefore buying the heavy stuff online saves me lots of hassle.

I'm going to recommend a brilliant book by Linda Bacon, called Health At Every Size.

I'm new and in desperate need of some friends! Please feel free to add me :)

THIS! Read Health at Every Size and you'll quickly realise how much of the 'healthy guidelines' we're given is complete crap.

I take D3 in winter (because I'm solar powered) and that's it. I used to spend a load of money on multivitamins and gained nothing!

My African colleague tells me 'kids are no longer starving, if you don't want your food, don't eat it'. Alternatively, I box mine up and have it the next day. The 1/3rd of my dinner I left last night will be dinner tonight with a portion of noodles. No waste, money saved.

I don't eat fruit hardly ever, it just makes me hungrier when I do. I eat lots of vegetables every day, though. I like a wheatgrass shot in the morning to top me up (I buy a powdered one, mix it with water and add it to a glass of orange juice).

Me too. That's a walking commute to and from work, a lunchtime walk and trip to the shops after work :)

I've got a bunch of cookbooks from the Raw Till Whenever website which are all plant based vegan recipes and they're amazing! If you look for High Carb Hannah on YouTube she posts and lot of recipe videos on there. Best vegan protein powder I found was Vega. The Chocolate Smoothie one is to die for.
