Tastes good :) that's a benefit in my book!

I looked it up: according to Google, a potato has 2g protein per 100g.
-
Potato protein?

Steroids are bad, mmmkay.
-
Yes bad. Bad! (But only because I'm in the minority on here and don't like peanut butter. )

Priorities. That is all.

Try adding instant coffee and/or sugar free pudding. The fruit is a good suggestion as well

Hahaha! My daughter eats bell peppers like apples!

Quest bar. Quick and easy.

If your kids are young enough that you have to make their meals, don't you choose their meals as well? Incorporate healthier foods in their diet and eat together. Kids can eat tuna and eggs and chicken and salad and cottage cheese and (fill in the blanks with whatever you would cook for yourself). :) You will create a…

Another vote for Couch to 5k. :) Take it slow, and don't be afraid to repeat a day, or even a week, if you need to. Good luck!

Make things as simple as possible. I get up at 5:30am, work 7 - 4:30 (not including drive time), am the single parent to two 13 year olds, run a household, have two cats, and run a website. So my meals are usually the same all day until dinner (coffee, Rockstar zero, Quest bar, can of tuna with 1 T each sugar free relish…

Nine? Why nine, specifically? Tuna Eggs Lettuce Onions Cottage cheese Broccoli Cauliflower Rice Beans

Sounds yummy, even if it doesn't help with fat loss!

Your body keeps track even if you don't log. I'm pro-logging.

You can find it in the US. I watched it on YouTube

Excellent. (Well, not excellent 'cause I have to toss them and buy more... lol). Thank you all. I'll put them on my grocery list and start taking them with lunch.

About ten pounds. Of course, my weight fluctuates, so tomorrow I might answer nine, or even eleven. 42 is NOT realistic or healthy. 14 may be possible, if you're just starting out and/or have a lot to lose.

Library. :) Check it out for FREE!

I love my Quest bars. I don't mind paying $2.30 for them. There aren't many meals I could eat that cheaply.

I'm 36, lost 100 pounds relatively slowly (about a year and a half), and I not only have loose skin, but I have a "flap." Have you seen Click with Adam Sandler? Yeah, it's like that. But it is what it is. I don't worry about it too much though, because it's covered with clothes, and I'm so much better off now than I was…

My recommendation: full body circuits. For example: (JUST an example, not a personalized training program!) 1. Warm up 2. Squats - 1 set of 10-12 reps 3. Bench press - 1 set... 4. Lunges - 1 set... 5. Military press - 1 set... 6. Hamstring curls... 7. Bicep curls... 8. Crunches... 9. Tricep extensions... 10. 10 min cardio…

Generally, if you have to ask, you should cut.

Coffee has negligible calories. I use two tsp non-dairy creamer and either one tsp Torani sugar free syrup or one packet of stevia and end up with 20 calories per 12 oz mug of coffee. No problem.

Did a 5k this morning. Not thrilled with my time, but ran the first mile without any walk breaks.

Try it and see how you feel. :) I say go for it
