12! You can also cook it in a cupcake pan like muffins! Just make sure you spray the pan with some non stick first and don't use liners because it will stick to them

I'm a mom of one big 7 year old! I was in great shape after I had her, but now I'm in the same boat as @Hazeldog7 my husband is a total junk food junkie that doesn't need to diet! its super hard to eat my healthy foods while my husband is next to me eating in and out and cookies.

Oh good idea I didn't even think about asking my doctor about it. I start physical therapy Friday and have an MRI coming up soon so hopefully it gets better quickly.

Awesome I'll take a look at it thank you!! I can't really swap out my cardio because I should actually be doing more so that I don't die when I go back to work lol. In a normal work day I walk at least 12 miles, but right now I'm home all day long so I'm sure I can find time. It'll be a good excuse to clean or nap less.

I bake both asparagus and shaved Brussel sprouts at 400 for 10 minutes then flip them and another ten minutes on the other side. lol. I'm pretty sure Ive had the app for a couple years, it took me breaking my iPhone and having to log on to mfp on my laptop for me to find it! I never knew there was soo much more to mfp. I always thought it was just scan my foods input my work outs. :#
