  • Thank you Janejellyroll that is what I wanted to hear:) I love fruits and vegetables but was freaking out when my sugar count kept going up so I was having a hard time figuring out what to eat to give me the calories without so much sugar
  • Thanks PaytraB ...I am only going by the guidelines on here not to mention I have a sugar and carb addiction so I have to be careful or Ill just overeat it and won't lose the weight.
