  • Want to lose 70, have lost 20 thus far
  • They don't block out sound as well as the earbuds that you insert into the ear canal, but they block out sound pretty well. If I'm hearing more than I'd like to I just adjust them so they fit better in my ear and that usually does the trick.
  • If you decide you like wireless headphones and want to go with a higher end pair later on I highly suggest Bose SoundSport Wireless. They have great sound quality and they're water and sweat resistant, which is a big plus if you sweat a lot or workout outdoors and happen to get caught in the rain. I've found that they stay…
  • Completed week 5, day 3! This was my second attempt at this run, when I tried it two days ago I psyched myself out. All through the run today I kept telling myself "You can do it" and I did it!

  • Congrats! I have lost exactly 3.0 pounds since last Monday (so not a whole week but close)! I know that I won't lose 3 pounds every week during my weight loss journey, but its still nice to see results like this at the beginning. I'm happy with how I've been able to resist temptations so far and that I've been diligent…
  • My goal weight is 150 pounds, at 5'6 this would get me at the upper limit of the healthy weight range. My actual goal weight at the moment is 170, this is how much I weighed when I played soccer in high school.
  • I'm 5'6, 220 lbs. and wear a US 14/16 depending on brand. I carry most of my weight in my thighs
  • I had the charge HR and I like how it allowed me to time my workouts and had a display screen so I could look at my daily stats. I felt that it was overestimating the calories I burned though. I recently had to return it because the buckle on it contains nickel and I developed a rash on my wrist because of it. I was happy…
