I guess so. I've done a lower calorie diet before and lost so much but after my baby nothing is coming off! Feel like a completely different person and it isn't working. Maybe I will try a low carb diet for a month and see how they goes. Thank you

Ah I see. It's been 3 months almost since I started logging and since i had my baby too. Yes I'm counting my calories down to the gram. Most days I accurately weight and measure my food. Of course if I eat out this is difficult to do. I know I've been extremely good and been getting out for walks more but nothings budging.…
