That's great motivation right there, staying healthy for your daughter. I'd suggest you take a break until you're all better to start working out. I took a break until I felt better when I had a cold last week. Might do more harm than good if you workout while sick.

Yes, that feeling I get afterward is also what is starting to push me to workout more. I think that's what I need to do. Maybe setting up a certain time in the day I will dedicate to a good workout and keep a routine. It's always been the hardest part for me. Thanks for the input :)
