Hi :)
I'm new to this app and I think it's really cool! I'm trying to lose at least 10 lbs in about a month or so. I've put on extra weight the past six months by over eating and drinking too much. I would finish a bottle of wine and want to just eat like crazy afterward! This became a weekend habit that had me put on weight. After hurting my knee recently, I found out my weight at the doctors office and was shocked. I know I need to strengthen my legs for my weak knee and get healthy overall for myself.

    I've done the same thing with drinking before! Always so starving after and it just adds up haha. Good luck :)
