Yeah... I offshore fish alot here in NC. We have a lot of big AJs. This is a decent sized one. My biggest AJ is like 90 lbs. I want to catch one of 100 lbs. :)

I weigh everyday on my Nokia Body + scale. I like to see the graphs and watch the fluctuations and trends.

Working out on some fishies! ;)

Should start weighing your food if you don't already... if you're not weighing your food you're likely eating more calories than you think. That being said... stick with it. Losing your weight is a life change, not just a diet. If you change your habits to be more health oriented you will eventually see the results you are…

Just stay in a calorie deficit. The weight will come off eventually. I lost 65 lbs in just over 6 months. Some weeks I'd lose nothing. A few times I gained weight. Just stay the course and eventually the ship will right itself.

Heh, the original poster fled this thread like a sinking ship. hahaha

My diary is public and I usually try to eat 160g of protein a day and keep low caloric intake. I also try to skimp on carbs at the same time. I eat lots of steak, chicken, egg whites, seafood, and drink protein shakes.

I was consistently losing 2 a week and it stopped for 8 days and just held there... I actually bumped my calories up by 200 and a couple days later I lost a few ounces... I ended up losing 5lbs over about 12 days and have been consistent since.

I weigh once a day. Always when I first wake up in the morning. If I lose weight I'm like YES! If I don't lose weight I'm like... I'm going to lose some tomorrow... YES! heh

Yeah... I eat under and have lost 36 lbs in less than 3 months. I guess I don't know how this tool works. Thankfully guys like you are here to tell me.

I try to stay under but as close to my goal as possible. If I go over... I hit my bike up until I burn those calories back off.

You need to lose the fat and then you'll have abs. Right now the fat is just covering them up. After you lose the weight and you start seeing your six pack you can do some exercises to tone them.

P90X3 in the mornings and 30 minutes of cycling in the evenings.

I'm trying to lose 60lbs. I started at the beginning of November and I'm down 30lbs. It went off really fast until around 25 lbs. Now the weight loss has slowed considerably. Still losing 2 lbs a week though. If I can keep 2 lbs a week up I'll be at my goal in 15 more weeks! yahoooooo!

30 lbs! woohoo

Make sure you're not eating a lot of sodium and keep at it. It'll come off.

I use the Microsoft Band 2 and it tracks all that stuff as well but I pay most attention to my calorie burn. That's what my main goal is. To reach my calorie burn goal everyday by any means necessary.

I've lost 28 in less than 2 months. I am trying to lose 50 by May... so pretty much in the same boat. I feel like I can do it though.

Get P90X3 and do that. That's what I'm doing. It's only 30 minutes a day. About the only thing you need is a resistance band. They cost like 10-15 bucks. Most of the exercises you don't need anything but you and effort.
