  • You can do it, you just have to believe in yourself. I had an issue when I first started I wasn't seeing a difference. My advice is to don't give up, and don't weigh yourself for a while. I've lost 50lbs, and 3 pants sizes in just a year. I'm only 18, but I would like to help and be apart of your journey!
