Digestive health is key to absorbing your vitamins and minerals if you are not going regularly your digestive health is suffering. It's very serious it leads to lots of disease being constipated I don't know why you people are bothered by colon cleansing

No that is not healthy at all you have been lied 2. Think of your colon as a factory when you eat more food comes in therefore more food should come out the only exception would be people on very low calorie diets. And even then they should go every 2 days

Think about getting some appetite suppressant pills that work well. Also maybe you are lacking in nutrients so you keep craving food . And if the scale scares you then you should get money a scale at a gym or a grocery store you gotta keep up with your weight somehow

I don't know since I'm single all the time. But I do know that it's good to please your partner but I don't think you should go to unhealthy lengths to please them like starving yourself and getting surgeries and procedures.

I'm nowhere near my goal but I think having a plan and short term goals can keep you motivated and excited :) cause when things get hard you will need to realize why you started in the first place .
