Piece of toast with mixed Avocado and egg spread you made the night before that lasts 2 days. I will also like to make a pan of oatmeal square treats that I can grab and eat all week long . Also cereal with almond milk is great for people who hate milk

I never went to college so I never gained weight so I can't relate but I'm sure if you are persistent and avoid stress then you can lose weight!

Eat kale chips or seaweed from the Asian markets. Or if all else fails eat your snacks but make sure you either increase your steps throughout the next day or you do some cardio. Also add more veggies to your meals and have something that has fat in it a user then you will feel satisfied for longer <3

I started off at 208 now I'm like 190 (yay lol) my goal is to get to 134 tho but I'm staying motivated each and every day so,I hope you succeed in your journey sis! Keep fighting!

Omg you should never use tap water when colon cleansing . And lots of people are constipated because of processed foods and modern day diets also colon cleansing isn't a new idea I'm sure. :)

It is unheard of for me to go 3 or 2 days without using the bathroom but one time I went 4 days without going and I literally kept having migraines and my lower back was hurting soooo bad and I was so sluggish . Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid and that helps your body become more alkaline so some people definitely do lose a ton of weight from taking it daily!
