Since working from home I just made myself a new bodyweight only routine. I do 30 mountain climber, 15 squats, 10 press ups, 10 burpees, 10 dips and then plank to fail. 3 sets. 2 weeks in and feeling great.

I will plan to do one on days I don't do football or have long walk. Maybe 3 times a week. Once I've done a hiit session there is no need for anything else. They are amazing. I swear by them.
