Recently added swimming to my weekly routine. Never felt better.
So I've recently added swimming to my weekly routine which I slot 30 /40 mins inbetween football days. It really helps with the recovery from football and I feel really good. I'm coming for you weight goal !

Here's my chicken and chorizo cheese melt taken from lean in 15. Cooked chicken and chorizo with tomatoes and spinach topped with a ripped mozzarella ball. 2 servings this was.

Very bad weigh in
After a very unsuccessful and eye opening weigh in today it's safe to say I'm more determined than ever to shed some pounds. I haven't actually saw my weight on a proper system in nearly 2 years.
