20 min HIIT session

A 20 min Hiit session yesterday evening has really made me ache this morning ! Just shows how good they are. I used to do one 5 times a week, no trouble and the odd ache. I was dying half way through this time. I've had about a year and half off and play alot of football so thought it wouldn't be too bad. I was so wrong. forgot how tiring hiit training could be. But the benefits are also amazing.

    How often do you do HIIT? Is what all you do for your workout for rhe day?

    I will plan to do one on days I don't do football or have long walk. Maybe 3 times a week. Once I've done a hiit session there is no need for anything else. They are amazing. I swear by them. Eat clean before and after and it feels so good afterwards. I drink plenty of water through the day leading up to it and after. You can do it anytime of day or night. It's only 20 mins and will make you feel like you've achieved. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off. 4 rounds of 4 sets.
