Back after 12 months.

Working from home during this difficult period has really helped me get back Into fitness. I have a bodyweight only routine I do 5 times a week and I'm feeling better than ever. I have returned to MFP to read everyone's inspiring stories and steal some delicious recipes. Looking to shift 1 stone myself and build some muscle. Snacking is my main concern so if you have any nice snacks you can share or ways to be a craving please let me know.
