I've missed this group so much and just had so many life changes going on. I am now between size 10 and 12 (12 on bottom) which is okay. Trying to watch diet and maintain by staying active as well. How is everyone doing?

Guys I weighed in today and was shocked and amazed at 188.4 pounds or 13 stone 6 pounds 4 ounces. So amazed becuase that's like on average 2 pounds lost per week! So for me slow progress on measurements but my lower tummy flab has reduced from 36 in to 35.5 inches in a week. The other areas are relatively the same but I'm still sticking to IF and Keto. Very good to stick to so far.

I didn't measure this Wed just gone but I have felt a lot slimmer in my clothes/better fit etc. Hips are down half an inch to 41.5 from two weeks ago. So I weighed in today and small scale victory Friday 1st Feb 195.8 pounds or 13 stone 13 pounds 8 ounces I will put measurements here but no weigh in until 28th Feb. Fingers crossed that I can hold on that long!

Checking in today. Wednesday 7th Jan 202 pounds Wednesday 16th Jan 200.4 pounds Wednesday 23 Jan 197.2 pounds So currently 14 st 1.2 pounds. Steadily loosing weight. I'm going Keto and IF. Just started working out as of last Saturday. My goal is around 150 to 160 pounds.

Same boat here and my main downfall is stopping tracking calories combined with some injury that hindered me going to the gym. I cannot do any type of high impact or jumping workouts and each time I try them I end up with at least a week out of the gym. I am now just a few pounds off my original starting point after losing…

I agree find treat size packs or slim fast do some great chocolate bars for 95 cals a bar. Just eat in small portions and record all calories as much as possible.

The scale finally moved after my weight staying the same or slightly fluctuating higher for around a month. Only a pound lost but a pound in the right direction. I haven't been as strict on my food but definitely still logging on mpf.

I have the same issues about my back fat. I'm gonna try and go harder with my deadlifts and see if that helps. It's very frustrating!

It's great that you're losing slowly because it's more likely to be healthy and stay off. I'm losing pretty slowly as well now but just happy that I am still shaving the pounds off. Well done you!
