So for me slow progress on measurements but my lower tummy flab has reduced from 36 in to 35.5 inches in a week. The other areas are relatively the same but I'm still sticking to IF and Keto. Very good to stick to so far.0

I've been feeling exactly the same regarding my measurements. However, my daughter said that I looked much better in my swimsuits at the spa this week, so that's good.

I've had a disastrous week and a half! Completely lost it over half term and haven't managed to get back on track! I start my 10000 steps a day for cancer research on Friday so hopefully that will get me my motivation back 😢 feel so silly that I go through this same pattern over and over. Really focused, lose weight, completely off the rails, put weight back on!

maybe you need to look at making 'rails' that are a little more easy to stay on?
yes, you need to make overall lifestyle changes, but that doesn't have to be everything at once and it doesn't have to be doing things that you don't enjoy or want to do just for the sake of losing weight.0 -

That's the silly thing. I haven't been doing anything really restrictive or over the top in terms of exercise. Every now and again I just get in the mind set that I want to completely binge on rubbish!0 -

I will put measurements here but no weigh in until 28th Feb. Fingers crossed that I can hold on that long!
Guys I weighed in today and was shocked and amazed at 188.4 pounds or 13 stone 6 pounds 4 ounces. So amazed becuase that's like on average 2 pounds lost per week!
Also my measurements have reduced a lot and clothes are much better fitting. Feel amazing overall and not stressed myself by weighing every 2 days. I'm going to do another month.

So...stayed the same this week. However didn't actually "get back on it" until Friday so not too bad really! Since starting my "walk all over cancer" challenge on Friday I have been back to tracking and exercising and feel like I have my mojo back. Hopeful for a loss next week ☺️🤞

I went over calories yesterday - and wish today had been weigh in day as to my surprise today I've gone down to 11st 1lb....hope that's a permanent loss. We will see next week!

Thank you Cathy - I've only just seen this post. I had a setback today (Friday) as I went back to 11st 1.6lb for no reason at all. Had only 1100 calories, and resisted temptation when out on Thursday.
