Hope everyone is doing well and good to see people are still going down steadily.
I didn't measure this Wed just gone but I have felt a lot slimmer in my clothes/better fit etc. Hips are down half an inch to 41.5 from two weeks ago. My goal is 39 inch hips or at the smallest 37 inches. That will be a comfortable UK size 10 to 12 on the bottom. In perspective it's just a few inches so not that far away tbh. I'm feeling very positive now.1 -

That's brilliant! I can't wait to be a size 10/12 again. I just feel so much more confident. Currently a UK 14 on the bottom and 12 on top.1 -
Mainly due to having a sickness bug half of last week but a loss is a loss! 1 and a half stone lost in total now 😊

That's not too bad though. You'll be right back on track in no time at all.1 -
So for me slow progress on measurements but my lower tummy flab has reduced from 36 in to 35.5 inches in a week. The other areas are relatively the same but I'm still sticking to IF and Keto. Very good to stick to so far.0

I've been feeling exactly the same regarding my measurements. However, my daughter said that I looked much better in my swimsuits at the spa this week, so that's good.

I've had a disastrous week and a half! Completely lost it over half term and haven't managed to get back on track! I start my 10000 steps a day for cancer research on Friday so hopefully that will get me my motivation back 😢 feel so silly that I go through this same pattern over and over. Really focused, lose weight, completely off the rails, put weight back on!
