    Hi all, sorry For going awol! I’ve had a difficult couple of weeks (won’t go into it!) which had resulted in me eating rubbish and not tracking. I haven’t even dared stand on the scales.hoping today is going to be (another!!!!) fresh start. Sorry if you are all getting fed up of me going back and forth! I am trying but it’s so difficult to break the cycle. The only positive I have is that I have stuck to walking my 10000 steps. Anyway new day, drawn a line under my poor decisions and started again. Hope you have all continued to do amazingly, you are inspirations xxxxx

    Very disappointed to be up 0.6lbs after a week. I've been as high as 11.1lb this week despite being under calories every day - cannot explain it at all I thought I'd seen the last of the 11s

    Sorry to hear you've had a difficult two weeks. Put your weight on here when you feel confident to do so - we all have setbacks - I've had one this week with no overeating to explain it.

    That's good that you are weighing in tomorrow... see it as day 1

    I walked a lot today as I went to the theatre which necessitated a walk to the railway station - two trains and a walk the other end - then in reverse except I did take a bus from the station home as I couldn't face the final walk.
