Have eaten a lot on holiday and estimated calories. But lots of exercise too. Will weigh in on Saturday.
I'm having a fabulous time although weather could have been better. Looking forward to a hot shower as water has been lukewarm at best!
One boat trip I was in bikini in the morning and fleece in the afternoon.

I fly back in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The weather is gorgeous today...it's getting better just as I'm about to leave but I'm back here in June.1 -

I've been reading this thread and am amazed at the progress you made - sounds like you had a fantastic holiday and I'm sure it won't be long before you're back where you want to be1 -

I've missed this group so much and just had so many life changes going on. I am now between size 10 and 12 (12 on bottom) which is okay. Trying to watch diet and maintain by staying active as well.

Can't explain weight gain as I've been under calories and had lots of exercise calories too. Was 10st 10lb for about 4 days and even got to 10 st 11lb yesterday after 1000 calories for the day and 10000 + steps0
