Hi everyone for 2 years now (since the birth of my second son) I have been attempting and failing to get back to my goal weight of 10 stone. I have really yo-yoed and got to 10st 10 at one point. I am now back up to over 13 stone and just can't stay motivated! I want to be healthy for my children and feel good about myself again.
So day 1 (again!)
Starting weight: 13st 2.5lb
Goal weight: 10 st

Add me if you like. Also UK based have 18 month old and my starting weight was similar to yours taken me since Jan to get to 10st 12lb goal weight is ultimately 9st 7lb.
I'd been between 12st 7lb and 13lb 7lb since after I had my middle child who'll be 8 tomorrow so I understand the struggles completely 🤗2 -

I'm from the UK but currently living in Spain. I would like to lose about a stone more. Earlier this year I lose 1stone 12lb, but I've slipped since then and have just been maintaining the past few months. Looking to regain my focus and drop this final bit of weight.

I'll take a Wednesday weigh in! Currently 12 st. Goal is 10st 4lb but I'd take 10st 7lb. Want to lose as much as possible by end of March for my sisters wedding. I doubt I'll get into the lowers 10s but if I could break 11stone by then I'd be ecstatic.0

Hi Catherine. I am craving a packet of crisps but I'm going to add that to tomorrow's food diary instead. Maybe when tomorrow night comes I won't want them, but they will already be factored into my calories.
So I've closed my diary for the day and refuse to open it again

Well done for stopping at 1 👍 1 biscuit isn't going to cause too much damage. Everything in moderation is the route I'm trying to go down. If I go completely cold turkey I know that I will just go off the rails again!0 -

Hey guys! I'm also a UK based yoyo dieter.
I have figured out over the years that it's the sugar and carbs that mess up my weight loss results so I have decided to try Keto eating. It is for health reasons as well as obviously the desire to lose weight!
I'm currently a UK 14/16 (omg I can't believe I actually typed that!) My goal is to lose around 50 pounds or be a size 10 in all clothes.
I am starting by concentrating on my diet...getting that fixed and then will add gentle excercise that is low impact.
My starting weight last week was 202 pounds
Weighed in today:
Wednesday 16 Jan at 200.4 pounds
I guess I will check in next Wednesday with progress hopefully!1 -
